Tenants in the shopping center include T. Mobile, EZ Blinds, The Vitamin Shoppe, Mutual Funds, Jersey Mikes, and Great Clips. Handled construction, leasing and management until sale. Our lots were developed and/or sold to Chick-Fil-A Restaurant, Long Horn Steakhouse, Bone Fish Restaurant and Red Robin Restaurant and Discovery Clothing Company. Performed construction management and leasing and sold Staples Office Supply.
